Parks facilities closed, additional park restrictions in place

In an effort to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the City of Ann of Ann Arbor is taking proactive steps to follow state and county health officials' recommendations. These measures will not impact critical services such as drinking water, police, fire, emergency operations, waste and recycling collection, however, some city functions may be modified.  Learn more »


To combat COVID-19, the entire state of ​Michigan is under a mandatory “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Executive Order​. Until April 13, all Michiganders must stay home, not gather in groups and limit travel to essential.​

Huron Hills & Leslie Park golf courses will be CLOSED until further notice.

So going forward:

  1. Once we get word that we can open - we will open as soon as we can!
  2. A2Golf is committed to keeping our employees safe and healthy.
  3. We will communicate on this website with updates and plans going forward.
  4. Please help us maintain our position by not playing, chipping or putting at either course during this Stay Home Stay Safe Mandate by the Governor.

For Public Record we are posting the following about the Essential Employees we currently have working minimal days and preforming Essential Minimum Care for the golf courses:

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Michigan Executive Order No. 2020-21, commonly known as Stay Home, Stay Safe, Saves Lives, we,  The City of Ann Arbor - Leslie Park & Huron Hills Golf Courses, has designated the following employees to be part of the “minimum basic operations" team as provided for in Section 4 (b) of the Executive Order.   This authorization covers the period from March 24 to April 13, 2020 and requires them to travel between their home and our golf course location at 2120 Traver Rd & 3465 E. Huron River Dr.

Employees are as follows: Victor Morales-Rios, David Lachance, Ben Yocic, Jim Brockelhurst, Tim Lurkins, and Jim Huss.

From the State of Michigan "To combat the spread of COVID-19 in Michigan, Governor Whitmer signed the “Stay Home, Stay Safe" executive order. For at least the next three weeks (until at least April 13), all Michigan businesses and operations must temporarily suspend in-person operations that are not necessary to sustain or protect life, and all Michiganders must stay in their homes unless they're a part of that critical infrastructure workforce, engaged in an outdoor activity, or performing tasks necessary to the health and safety of themselves or their family, like going to the hospital or grocery store." "Practicing at home" Golf Contest

Huron Hills and Leslie Park golf staff are hosting a contest! We want to see you practicing golf at home. Photographs and video are acceptable. Post them on our Facebook​ page or tag us from your own social media on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram @a2golf.

Send us your best "stay at home" golf shots! We will use them to make a video of golfers in the Ann Arbor area practicing at home and anyone that appears in our final video will win a coupon redeemable for 18 holes of golf OR two rounds of 9 holes as our way of saying thanks for participating! Contest runs now through Friday, May 3. The video will be posted on our Facebook page the week of May 11.

​Booking a Tee Time... "Point, Click and Hit!"

The new online reservation system is ready to use. Golfers can save up to 10% off our everyday call in / walk in rates by simply booking online! That's up to a $15 savings per tee time.

Currently the online system is down for the winter season.

Huron Hills Golf Course is a beautiful par 67, 18-hole, 5,071-yard golf course located along the Huron Parkway, adjacent to Gallup Park. Huron Hills is perfect for beginners, juniors, seniors, and families while still providing a challenge for the experienced golfer.
