Liberty Plaza is a .26-acre urban plaza in downtown Ann Arbor located next to the Kempf House on the corner of Division and Liberty. Consider Liberty Plaza for your next event - big or small
Ann Arbor Parks & Recreation is looking for groups interested in activating Liberty Plaza through rentals and events. Liberty Plaza, located at the corner of East Liberty and South Division streets, provides a unique downtown venue for gatherings. Thanks to American Rescue Plan Act funding, park staff are able to support groups interested in utilizing the space throughout the entire park permitting process to ensure safe, fun and unique events.

Special events

Join us, in collaboration with the Kerrytown District Association, for a night of shopping at the holiday gift market and Kindlefest. Shop for artisan goods, holiday decor and more Friday, Dec. 1, 5-9 p.m. at Liberty Plaza (310 S. Division) featuring 20 vendors. Then visit the Ann Arbor Farmers Market (315 Detroit St.) where you'll find 50 vendors selling their holiday wares, plus food from Zingermans Deli, Eat, and other local vendors, beer from M4 C.I.C., gluhwein and brats from TeaHaus, 5-10 p.m. There will be eco-friendly pedicab rides provided by Boober going between the two locations.
Moonlight Madness (near State and Main streets) will also be going on that same evening.
Vendors at Liberty Plaza will include Arbor Trading Post, Cacaw Goods, Scotty's and Elly's, Cookie Tin Jewelry, Decoupage Collage, Seven Magpies Pottery, Happy Little Whales, Honeydewmoon Studio, Jill's Things, Jim Williams, Loreos Incredible Treats, Maisie Daisy Designs, Mittens from the Mitt, Origami Station, RITESPICE, Rose Best, Rue Dimanche, Smitten Cacao, Three Trails Woodworking and VogueBooge Candles.
