Feb. 24, 2023: Warming Centers are Open in Ann Arbor

​*Update: Northside Community Center warming center will be open 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26-10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27.

Archived News Release: February 24, 2023 - As widespread power outages continue in the area, City of Ann Arbor warming centers are open for community members in need.

  • Veterans Memorial Park (2150 Jackson Ave.) is open until 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24.

  • All Ann Arbor District Library locations are open until 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24.

  • Northside Community Center (809 Taylor St.) is open 24 hours immediately through Sunday, Feb. 26, at 8 a.m. 

  • ​Lord of Light Lutheran Church (located at 801 S. Forest Ave.) is open 24 hours immediately through Saturday, Feb. 25, at 10 a.m.​
