Yard Waste Drop-off Option Begins April 21

Archived News Release: April 20, 2020 - ​Ann Arbor residents will be able to drop off yard waste bags at the city's public works facility, located at 4170 Platt Road, beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2020. Entrance to the drop-off site can be found off the west side of Platt Road, just south of the Swift Run dog park. The designated dumpsters are located behind the blue storage building. Please place all material inside the dumpsters, do not place any material on the ground.

Yard waste bag drop off into the designated dumpsters is allowed Mondays–Fridays, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. The drop-off site is for yard waste bags from city residents only. Contractors and businesses are not permitted to use the drop-off bins. The site will be monitored by closed circuit security cameras.

Everyone is asked to honor physical distancing requirements and stay 6 feet apart.
