The consolidated Customer Service and Payment Center routes city calls and requests associated with the city switchboard,
Project Management,Solid Waste,Street Maintenance,Water Utilities,Traffic Control,
Parking,Treasury (payment processing for water, parking tickets, property taxes, and solid waste), and provides general information for walk-in customers. This unit is also responsible for water utility meter reading, installation, repair, billing, backflow prevention inspections and certifications. Right-of-Way applications are handled through the Customer Service Center. Calls and requests concerning traffic engineering, including signal timing, speed limits, sign installations, and traffic calming, are handled by the Project Management Unit.
