Appeal in Person
All referee sessions are held at: Larcom City Hall, second floor, 301 E. Huron St., Ann Arbor, MI 48107.
Sign up to appeal a ticket in person by recording your name on the sign-in form located near the southeast corner of the second floor of City Hall.
Walk-in hours are:
Monday: 2-4 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 a.m.-noon
Wednesday: 10 a.m.-noon
Thursday: No Sessions
Friday: 1-4 p.m.

The city treasury will take proactive steps to ensure customers are given proper credit for payments made while continuing to make efficient use of our resources. Overpayments of fines will be handled under the city's parking overpayment policy
