Not sure where to start? The Home Energy Advisor (HEA) program is here to walk you through the entire process. Just call or go online to schedule a free on-site or virtual home assessment. You will receive a customized “Path to Zero” plan that details all the opportunities in your home, as well as resources to help.  And when you have questions or need guidance on projects, the Home Energy Advisors can continue to assist you as needed.

Households in Ann Arbor are eligible for up to $25,000+ in Home Energy Rebates to make sustainability upgrades to their homes, including insulation, electrical panel upgrades, heat pumps, induction stoves and more.

Interested in swapping your fossil fuel furnace for a clean heat pump? The City has collaborated with Pearl Edison to create the A²ZERO Heat Pump Concierge. The Concierge provides free estimates for heat pumps and weatherization, multiple design options, direct oversight of contractor installation and quality assurance.
