Public Notice

AAHC ANNUAL PLAN FY26

The Ann Arbor Housing Commission (AAHC) has developed its Annual Agency Plan for FY26 in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. A Public Hearing will be held on January 21st, 2026, at the AAHC Administrative Office, 2000 S. Industrial Hwy, Ann Arbor, 48104 at 6:00 PM. It is available for review from November 19th, 2025, to January 21st, 2026, at the following locations in Ann Arbor: 

  • Miller Manor-AAHC Main Office, 727 Miller Avenue, 48103
  • AAHC Admin and Financial Office, 2000 S. Industrial, 48104
  • Baker Commons Property Management Office, 106 Packard, 48104
  • Agency Plans & Policies

The Commission’s hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 

Written comments will be accepted to Weneshia Brand at wrbrand@a2gov.org or any Ann Arbor Housing Commission location listed above until January 21st, 2026.

WAITING LIST OPENING

Project Based Vouchers:
  • Dunbar Tower: One and Two Bedroom Project Based Voucher units. To apply, residents of Washtenaw County must call HAWC - AAHC is not accepting online applications for these units.
  • Lurie Terrace: Studio, One, and Two Bedroom Project Based Voucher units for seniors age 62 and up. 
  • Courthouse Square: One and Two Bedroom Project Based Voucher units for near elderly age 55  and up.  

All applications must be submitted ONLINE. Use the AAHC Applicant Portal​ to apply online. ​

AAHC offers Preferences to Disabled, Homeless, and Washtenaw County resident households.​

All applications must be submitted online. Paper application are not accepted, no exceptions. If you require reasonable accommodation to complete an application, please call us at 734-794-6720.
