Waitlist

To apply to our waitlist, applicants can contact our office at 734.665.0695​ to get a paper application to be placed on the waiting list. All households must have incomes below 80% of the Area Median Income to qualify for an apartment.
 
There are a limited number of apartments available that also have a rent subsidy for very low-income households. Qualified residents pay 30% of their income toward rent, and HUD pays the balance of the rent. If you have questions about the rent or income guidelines, please contact us at 734.665.0695.
