Avoid Phishing Scams

Watch out for phishing emails!

The City of Ann Arbor has been alerted to several instances where fraudulent emails were sent to STREAM users seeking fee payment via wire transfer with subject line “Application Review and Approval Fees.” These messages were labeled from a planning department employee but were sent via an email address ending in @usa.com. Do not reply or respond to these phishing emails. 

Any messages from the City of Ann Arbor will come from stream@a2gov.org or from an individual staff member with an email address ending in @a2gov.org. If you are in doubt if a message is legitimate or not, please contact your assigned City of Ann Arbor contact for verification.
