Plan review fees

Applicants for building permits must pay the plan review fee upon submittal of the building permit application. Previously, this fee was due along with the building permit fee when the permit was picked up. Permit applications that are submitted without this fee, will not be reviewed until this fee is paid.

Trade permit fees for inspections

Permit holders of all trade permits (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) will be required to make payment in advance, excluding inspections which are not included at the time of the original permit issuance. Inspections fees are based on a pay-as-you-go basis and invoiced upon inspection completion. There is currently no pre-paid inspection option.

This includes the necessary inspections required to finalize any open permits. The fee for all inspections added to an open permit will be assessed at $35 per inspection.
