Joining the SEU
The Ann Arbor Sustainable Energy Utility is up and running!
Voters authorized an innovative municipal power utility in 2024 to benefit residents and the environment - all with no new taxes. The pilot has already launched, and A2SEU home solar and battery storage installations started in the Bryant Neighborhood in May 2026.
The A2SEU is now gearing up to provide service across Ann Arbor in 2027, eventually serving everyone who opts in.
