Mission Statement
The City of Ann Arbor Employees' Retirement System Board of Trustees exists to serve all participants and beneficiaries with respect, sensitivity, fairness, and excellence.
By holding ourselves to the highest standard of conduct and ethics, we will faithfully perform our fiduciary duty for the oversight, administration, and interpretation of all applicable laws which govern the Retirement System.

| Pension Board Meetings | Third Thursday of every month at 8:30 AM |
| Investment Policy Committee Meetings | First Tuesday of every month at 3:00 PM |
| Administrative Policy Committee Meetings | Second Tuesday of every month at 3:00 PM |
| Audit Committee Meetings | Second Tuesday of the month at 4:00 PM (July - December) |
| Ex-Officio Meetings | Last Thursday of the month at 11:00 AM (January - April, September & October) |
| Annual Board Retreat | Held once/year in the Spring |
