Retirement Board Meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month at 8:30 a.m. These meetings are held in the Retirement System conference room at 532 S. Maple Rd., Ann Arbor, Michigan unless noted differently above.

The monthly meeting schedule for 2026 is as follows:

Retiree Meetings

Ex-Officio Retiree Meetings are held at 11:00 a.m. on the fourth Thursday of January, February, March, April, September and October. These meetings are held in the Retirement System conference room at 532 S. Maple Rd., Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Ex-Officio Retiree Committee consists of City of Ann Arbor Retirees who hold these meetings to discuss issues relating to City retirement. All City of Ann Arbor retirees are welcome to attend the Retiree Meetings.
