River Camps at Argo & Gallup Parks
Adventure awaits on the Huron River! Our State of Michigan-licensed camps combine expert instruction with outdoor fun. Led by experienced staff, your child will explore the natural world, build confidence on the water, and experience the river from a whole new perspective.
Important Note: To allow as many children as possible to participate, please register your child for one week only, as the river theme and activities repeat throughout the summer.
Gallup River Camp (Ages 8–11)
Explore the river through paddling, fishing, and outdoor play.

Activities: Kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, rafting, tubing, and fishing.

Location: Gallup Park Meeting Room (adjacent to the Livery).

Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Argo River Camp (Ages 12–14)
Journey further with daily explorations of different river sections.

Activities: Advanced kayaking, canoeing, SUP, tubing, rafting, and fishing.

Location: Argo Livery Cabin and Pavilion.

46 days or more prior to the start of the day camp: 100% ($10 administration fee).
Within 30-45 days of start of the day camp: 50% ($10 administration fee)
Within 15-29 days of start of the day camp: 25% ($10 administration fee)
Within 14 days of start of the day camp: 0% ($0).
Buhr Park Day Camp
Welcome to Buhr Park Day Camp, where adventure, creativity, and outdoor fun come together for an unforgettable summer experience! Located in the heart of Buhr Park, our camp provides a dynamic environment for campers ages 5-12 to explore, discover, and make lasting memories with new friends.
Each week features exciting themed activities, hands-on projects, group games, and opportunities for campers to build confidence and friendships. Campers will cool off in the pool daily, enjoying plenty of time to splash, play, and have fun in the water!
At the start of each week, campers are grouped by age and paired with dedicated counselors who guide them throughout the session. This structures allows the campers to build meaningful friendships, feel supported, and grow together as a team.
Join us for a summer filled with adventure, creativity, and memories that last long after the season ends.
Camp registrations open April 8 at 8 a.m.
Camp Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.
Camp Fee per Week: Resident: $250 | Non-resident: $315

Fuller Park Day Camp 2026 – Outdoor Fun All Day Long!
At Fuller Park Day Camp, we spend the entire day outdoors, soaking up the sun and making unforgettable summer memories! Every day is packed with excitement, adventure, and plenty of time in the water.
Campers, ages 5-12, will splash in the pool, try log rolling, race down water slides, and even go on river rafting adventures. On land, they’ll have a blast jumping in the bounce house, playing classic camp games, enjoying sports, and creating cool crafts. Plus, every camper receives three days of basic swim instruction as part of camp!
Campers are grouped by age and stay with the same dedicated counselors all week, building friendships and confidence in a supportive environment. Weekly themes guide activities, crafts, and games, with plenty of time in the pool every day.
