Greenbelt

The Greenbelt is an innovative land preservation program that has protected thousands of acres of farmland and open space surrounding the City of Ann Arbor. The program makes use of millions of dollars from grants, landowner donations, and other locally funded programs. 

Landowners can apply to have their land preserved via a conservation easement or full purchase of property. See the Application Process page for more information.
