Smoke Detector Program
For City Resident Homeowners
The City of Ann Arbor, in partnership with the State of Michigan Prevention Smoke Alarm Program, provides fire prevention, detection, and escape strategies to the City's resident homeowners. As part of this free program, residents receive important safety information as well as smoke alarms installed in their homes, including those that belong to at-risk groups, such as older adults and people with disabilities.
