City Communications

The City of Ann Arbor communications office is committed to communication practices that enhance transparency and increase citizen and employee understanding of city objectives, issues, decisions and challenges. 

The communications office also operates CTN, one of the oldest access television operations in the country. Funded from cable franchise fees, CTN offers Ann Arbor residences and non-profit organizations free multimedia resources and video training opportunities. CTN's local government, educational and public access programming is available online via CTN's YouTube Channel​​​​ and via AT&T Comcast cable.
