Plant Tour Request Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in touring our facility. To ensure a safe and well-coordinated experience for all visitors, we are pleased to offer plant tours to groups of five or more attendees. Groups smaller than five attendees, including individual requests, will be combined with others and scheduled for a designated tour day. This approach allows us to manage resources effectively while still providing an informative and enjoyable visit for all participants. Names of all participants must be provided ahead of time. Adult visitors will be asked to show ID and complete a sign in process.

Content may be tailored if coordinated in advance.

• One adult chaperone for every five students for the age of 8 to 12 years old.

Safety Requirements
To ensure the safety and well-being of all visitors, all tour participants are required to follow established safety protocols while on-site. Water treatment facilities contain hazards, including open water, electrical and mechanical equipment, chemicals, and slip/trip/fall risks. All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the tour guide. Chaperones are responsible for supervising minors at all times. Tours will end immediately if participants do not follow directions or conduct themselves appropriately. For safety reasons, only designated areas of the plant will be accessible during the tour. Our facility is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.
