Commercial trash rates and fees
Invoicing for commercial trash services for Ann Arbor businesses is done by our franchisee Waste Management (WM). Billing is monthly.
Please note there are no fees for recycling carts, dumpsters, and recycling collection services at any Ann Arbor business, non-profit, or residential locations. Recycling outdoor containers and collection are provided at no additional charge to all residential and non-residential locations in Ann Arbor.
*Rates are inclusive of vendor service charges and city administrative fees and are valid through June 30, 2026. Fees subject to change as deemed necessary.
