Update to Water Rates:
On June 18, 2018, the Ann Arbor City Council enacted changes to water rates effective July 1, 2018. This decision was made based on an extensive Water and Waste Water Cost of Service Study, the City's first in over 15 years. The study examined the costs of drinking water and sewer services and calculated rates so that customers who drive those costs pay accordingly. You can see how the changes may impact your water bill by using our water bill estimator tool.
Customers have the option of making one time payments with no registration required. Or, you may register to take advantage of several features including saving your payment method, signing up for paperless billing, setting up a recurring auto-payment plan, and linking multiple accounts.
Please be aware that registration in the payment system will require your customer # (last 6 digits of your account #) and the last name on the account.
