Ann Arbor’s 26th annual Green Fair now accepting applications for tabling

This free sustainability-focused event taking place in September is currently accepting applications for organizations interested in tabling and sharing sustainability-related information with the public

The A2ZERO Green Fair is currently accepting applications from sustainability-focused non-profits, for profits, and community organizations to table at the 2026 event which will be held Sept. 18. Organizations interested in tabling need to fill out an application form by Friday, July 31, 2026, in order to be considered for inclusion in this year’s event. All application materials and details about Green Fair can be found at a2gov.org/greenfair.

A2ZERO Green Fair is an annual event celebrating sustainability in practice. Organizations interested in tabling must provide action-forward ways that individuals can advance sustainability in their daily lives. The City of Ann Arbor is particularly interested in organizations that work in the areas of resilience, renewable energy, energy efficiency, vehicle and appliance electrification, natural systems protection, and circularity. Family-friendly activities are strongly encouraged, and applicants should be aware that Green Fair is a zero-waste event.

The 2026 A2ZERO Green Fair is slated to take place on Main Street in downtown Ann Arbor Friday, Sept. 18, 2026, 5–8 p.m. Green Fair is meant to be a joy-filled evening with activities for all ages.

"Green Fair is an exceptional opportunity to engage with thousands of residents on all things sustainability,” said Dr. Missy Stults, director of the Ann Arbor Office of Sustainability and Innovations. “With this marking our 26th year of hosting Green Fair, we want to ensure the event is a true celebration of sustainability in action — with exhibitors demonstrating a multitude of ways individuals can make big and small changes to become more sustainable.”
