Feb. 21 Public Meeting to Discuss Argo Canoe Livery Accessibility Improvements

Archived News Release: February 14, 2019 - ​City of Ann Arbor Parks and Recreation is holding a public meeting to discuss universal access and site improvements to the Argo Canoe Livery. The meeting takes place Thursday, Feb. 21, 7 p.m. at Northside Elementary School (multipurpose room), 912 Barton Drive. Learn about and give feedback on preliminary design concepts for improving ADA accessibility at the livery. Site improvements will also include managing stormwater runoff. The city is interested in pursuing grant funding and would like to hear from the public on this proposal. 

The Argo Canoe Livery, located on the Huron Trail, is the busiest in the state of Michigan. Improving accessibility will allow people of all abilities to enjoy the river. Please join us.
