A pre-submission meeting is required before a petition is accepted. Planning staff use a submittal checklist to determine if petitions, particularly site plans, contain all required information.
For Citizen Participation Postcards: To
insert your required location map and elevation image or rendering, you may
need a PDF editing program. If you are unable to insert the photos, your chosen
printing service for these postcards should be able to insert them. For
