Specifically, as per the Permit Form and the Washtenaw County Grading/Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance, the law requires that the grading plan includes: "Existing and proposed grade changes (differentiate between the two) using contour lines or accurate slope descriptions", "Arrows indicating existing and proposed (differentiate between the two) water runoff patterns", and "High and low spot elevations on the lot (existing and proposed)". None of the above listed information was included as described above in the available online and approved by the City Official Mr. Peter Stephens SOIL16-0064 permit. I specifically request an opportunity to inspect this missing information as listed above.

If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me. When I questioned him as to what he meant, he said that our mortgage company (Bayview Loan Servicing) had reported in July that the property was empty and/or abandoned. He said that someone had come to check on it in October, but no one was home, so he/she had just walked around the house and inspected it visually. This morning I was home. The Circuit Court enjoined Bayview from foreclosing on the property in December 2018. The Appeal Court affirmed that decision in March 2019.
