To narrow the search, emails sent between Council members and also sent to the City Clerk, and which are included in a meeting's minutes, should be excluded from the FOIA request.

Since then there are more, including communications with and between others, (including emails), such as the city manager, with supervisory positions over the building department, and I believe the new head of the building department started only after my last request. Also, this request incudes records from property tax assessments, water & sewer bills, and any other departments or services connected with or affecting 1513 Brooklyn Ave. and the City of Ann Arbor. So, I would like copies of all records the city has since August 2015 when the house was sold to my daughter. I have the photos from the permit inspections, so I only need more of them if there are more than I was previously sent, but it may be easier now for the city to just send everything rather than trying to figure what was sent before.
