Local law requires landlords to provide a physical copy of the Rights and Duties of Tenants booklet to tenants. The digital Rights and Duties of Tenants booklet (PDF) is linked as a convenience to tenants. It cannot be a substitute for a physical copy.

Stop by the City Clerk's office anytime during business hours. Please contact us ahead of time for requests of more than 100 booklets.
