The City of Ann Arbor uses Washtenaw County's Emergency Notification System, powered by Everbridge, to make sure you know about issues that may affect your safety as well as notifications in the event the City of Ann Arbor calls an on-street snow parking ban. This system allows the City of Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County to contact thousands of residents and businesses quickly via phone, email, or text.
Alerts will be sent via phone number 734.794.6060 with a caller ID of "Ann Arbor Alert." Please save this phone number in your contacts when registering! Text alerts will be sent from 88911.
How to Register?
To register, visit www.washtenaw.org/alerts and create a new Everbridge account. This system is not linked to the city's previous notification system, CodeRED, so users must register a new account.
