Ann Arbor Housing Commission (AAHC) seeks to provide desirable housing and related supportive services for low-income individuals and families on a transitional and/or permanent basis. AAHC will partner with housing and service providers to build healthy residential communities and promote an atmosphere of pride and responsibility.

You may rent now, but someday you may need the skills that will allow you to perform routine maintenance for your home and protect its value. You may be landlord and want to learn more of the basics. Visits to the Commission's 406 N. Ashley Office are now by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

All payments must be mailed to 727 Miller Ave. or dropped off at Miller Manor or Baker Commons. If you have the need to make payment arrangements please contact Commission staff at 734-794-6720, ext. 47205.
