The Ann Arbor Housing Commission is dedicated to meet the local housing needs and goals. Annually the Commission assess those needs and creates a plan that addresses the policies, programs, operations and strategies needed to meet those needs and goals. This comprehensive plan, known as the Annual Agency Plan, is required by HUD and there are two parts to the PHA Plan: the 5-Year Plan, which each PHA submits to HUD once evy 5th fiscal year, and the Annual Plan, which is submitted to HUD every year.
