AAHC Agency Plan

The Ann Arbor Housing Commission is dedicated to meet the local housing needs and goals. Annually the Commission assess those needs and creates a plan that addresses the policies, programs, operations and strategies needed to meet those needs and goals. This comprehensive plan, known as the Annual Agency Plan, is required by HUD and there are two parts to the PHA Plan: the 5-Year Plan, which each PHA submits to HUD once every 5th fiscal year, and the Annual Plan, which is submitted to HUD every year. HUD provides assistance to PHA's with templates and instructions to complete and submit a PHA Plan.

 

Annual Agency Plans

Review the proposed Fiscal Year 2014-1015 Plan: Draft

You can now listen to our Administrative Plan and Policies as well as view them.  To do so:    turn on the Read Out Loud function by going into the Adobe document à clicking on View à clicking on Read Out Loud à then clicking on Activate Read Out Loud.   

After that function starts up, you can either scroll through the document and the computer voice speaks the words or highlight an area to be spoken by the computer.
