Nov. 5, 6 and 9, 2014, Meetings Scheduled for Stormwater Model Calibration and Analysis Project

Archived News Release: October 22, 2014 - The City of Ann Arbor is planning to hold three public meetings to discuss the findings and recommendations of the Stormwater Model Calibration and Analysis Project, which is nearing completion. The goal of the project is to help the city identify aspects of the stormwater system that would benefit from improvement – and then to make data-driven, citizen-informed decisions about the best way to make these improvements.

At these meetings, we plan to share the results of the project, including:

  • A refresher on the project's purpose, activities, and findings;

  • The set of recommendations for improvements to the stormwater system, along with the rationale behind how these were developed; and

  • How the public may be involved in how these recommendations are implemented.
