Archived News Release: February 10, 2016 - Ann Arbor's municipal offices, including the customer service center at Larcom City Hall and the 15th Judicial District Court, will be closed in observation of Presidents Day, Monday, Feb. 15, 2016. Ann Arbor's trash and recycling collection programs will provide services without interruption on the holiday Monday and throughout the week. Safety services and utility operations will maintain 24-hour schedules throughout.

Get outdoors for Washington's Birthday! Take advantage of this winter opportunity to explore and improve one of Ann Arbor's special wetlands, usually inaccessible in warm months. Volunteers will help restore this area by using hand tools to remove invasive shrubs. Meet at the park entrance off Birchwood Drive. Please wear sturdy shoes good for wet ground or snow, and dress in layers. All minors must present a completed release form (available from Natural Area Preservation), and should be accompanied by a guardian. Tools, snacks, and know-how provided.
