Open House Oct. 22 for S. State St. Corridor Transportation Study

Archived News Release: October 9, 2015 - The City of Ann Arbor will hold an open house on Thursday, Oct. 22, 4:30–7:30 p.m., at the Courtyard Marriott, 3205 Boardwalk Drive in Ann Arbor, to share with the public information on the South State Street Corridor Transportation Study. City staff and the project consultant team will be on hand to go over material regarding the corridor study goals and introduce emerging concept plans for public review and feedback.

The City of Ann Arbor has initiated this transportation study with the objective of developing a plan to improve the corridor for all users, ease navigation and transform the corridor into a community gateway. This planning effort follows the previous South State Street Vision process that resulted in a planning framework for this part of the city. That South State Street Corridor Plan can be found at www.a2gov.org/departments/planning-development/planning/Pages/StateStreetCorridor.aspx.
