 Smokehouse

The Ann Arbor Fire Department's Fire Safety House was purchased in 1992 as a result of a $11,000 donation of the Downtown Ann Arbor Kiwanis Club Foundation and a matching grant from the City of Ann Arbor. The Ann Arbor Fire Department and the International Association of Firefighters Local 693 were instrumental in the purchase of, all logistics for, and demonstration of the house.

The Smokehouse is now available to accommodate smaller groups at its new location, at Fire Station Number 6 - 1881 Briarwood Circle. Please call (734) 997-4976 for scheduling information.
