Here's how purchasing at the auction works:
Cash or cashiers check on the day of sale. Personal and business checks are accepted but the titles will be held until the checks are made good with cash or cashiers check.
All items sold are "as is" with no expressed or implied warranty.
A little information about our auction:
We have been holding this auction annually for over 15 years, and with each year it's gets better and better. All our vehicles are maintained on a regular hourly basis (not by mileage), and are considered to be in "very good" condition. . We try to do our best to have the equipment and cars available for viewing by early morning the day of the auction. However, some vehicles may not be available until two hours before the start of the auction. We try to give you an idea of what types of major repairs have been done in the past 18 months and if there are any major repairs needed, that we are aware of, by placing a tag in one of the windows. There are no impound items sold at this auction.

From the north: US 23 south, to I-94 west, to Ann Arbor Saline Rd. exit. South on Ann arbor Saline Rd, the Fairgrounds are about 3 miles on the left side. You can't miss it!
