1. Online payment: Ann Arbor water customers may choose to view and pay water bills online using a credit card through a secure, fee-free transaction. The online water payment mechanics are easy. First-time users will need to have their water bill account number (from the water bill) and credit card ready to register for the first (and only) time at the link below, or from the city's front Web page.

3. 24-Hour Drop boxes:
- North side of City Hall Building (100 N. Fifth Ave.) – on the E. Ann street near N. Fifth Ave.
- City Hall – located inside the construction entrance off E. Ann St., on the 1st floor
Payments can be put in either of the drop boxes 24 hours a day and will be processed the next business day.
4. In Person: City of Ann Arbor Customer Service & Payment Center

Located on the SW corner of the Fifth Ave. & Huron St. Intersection
Business Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
