1. Online payment: Ann Arbor water customers may choose to view and pay water bills online using a credit card through a secure, fee-free transaction. The online water payment mechanics are easy. First-time users will need to have their water bill account number (from the water bill) and credit card ready to register for the first (and only) time at the link below, or from the city's front Web page.

3. 24-Hour Drop boxes:
- North side of City Hall Building located on the corner of E. Ann street and N. Fifth Ave (Gray mail box).
- City Hall – located inside 301 E.Huron, on the 1st floor
Payments can be put in either of the drop boxes 24 hours a day and will be processed the next business day.
4. In Person: City of Ann Arbor Customer Service & Payment Center

Located on the NE corner of the Fifth Ave. & Huron St. Intersection
