Overview


Welcome to the City of Ann Arbor Citizen Help Desk, a new online resource for submitting non-emergency service requests to the city. In the future, more service request options will be added to the site, including parks maintenance, pothole and street light repair, and water system issues.    

If you live in, work in or are visiting Ann Arbor and you have a service request, you can use the Citizen Request System to notify us of a problem or service concern. The request automatically gets routed to the appropriate city service area for action. By providing contact information within the Citizen Request System, you can visit the site 24/7 to check on the status of your request. In addition, if you provide your e-mail address, we will electronically confirm your service request submission.

To get started, please Click Here and follow the instructions on the right menu bar to create a new request. Also, Click Here to check the status of requests.
