Project Description
City-owned parcel of land located at the corner of First and Washington Streets in the downtown district of Ann Arbor, Michigan, approximately 19,000 square feet and projected to be redeveloped as a Planned Unit Development (PUD).

« Replace public parking spaces on this site
« Maximize the financial return to the City for the sale of the land
« Maximize TIF revenue to the DDA for the redevelopment of this site
