Strategic Plan
In 2005, the City commissioned Plante and Moran to develop a strategic plan for Information technology. In April 2006 the Information technology Strategic Plan was finalized.

Operational Plan
The FY 2013 IT Operational plan is summarized in our Service Unit Goals and Measures section of the Approved FY2013 Budget.
There are seven high-level service unit goals that Information Technology focuses on for the 2 years ending with Fiscal Year 2013 (June 30, 2013). They are: Collaboration, Communication, Improved Organizational Ability, Better Enterprise Architecture, Improved Security and Privacy, Reduced Burden and Thinking Green.
Our measure of success will be based on how well we do against our stated service unit measures.
