Strategic Plan
In 2005, the City commissioned Plante and Moran to develop a strategic plan for Information technology. In April 2006 the Information technology Strategic Plan was finalized.

Operational Plan
The FY 2008 IT Operational plan is summarized in our Wildly Important Goals or WIGS.
WIGS are the two or three things we as a department focus on for the year. At least one of these goals are on everyone's objectives for the year.
Besides our WIGS, the Information Technology Service Unit has roles in many of our customer's WIGS.
