 Northeast Area Plan

The purpose of the Northeast Area Plan is to provide information and guidance to City of Ann Arbor residents, decision-makers, and property owners about planning issues that face the Northeast Area.  The Northeast Area Plan addresses one of the four planning areas in Ann Arbor and is an element of the City’s Master Plan.  The process to develop a new Northeast Area plan began in 1999 and consisted of series of public workshops that examined major planning issues facing the Northeast Area and a Planning Commission appointed Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) that provided input and advice on the goals, objectives, action statements, and land use recommendations.  The Northeast Area Plan is provided below by chapter:

Approved by City Council: April 2006
