For 2011-2012 minutes, please use the City of Ann Arbor's Legislative Information Center. To access HDC minutes, follow the instructions below. 

  • Click here to access the calendar page.
  • Select "Historic District Commission" from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
  • Click on the "Search Calendar" button. 
  • Minutes can be found by clicking the "Meeting Details" link for each meeting date. Note: Meeting minutes will not show up until they've been approved by both the HDC and City Council. This is generally 2 to 3 months after the meeting date.
