Sign Board of Appeals - Administrative Review or Variance

Applications for variances of code regulations are available from the Permit Desk and can also be downloaded.  We're sorry, but applications cannot be submitted on line at this time. Completed applications should be submitted to the Administrative Support Specialist a minimum of 5 weeks prior to the meeting date in order to allow staff adequate time to review the application and notify the public. 

  • 2010 Meeting Schedule (pdf) 
    Meetings are at 3 pm, on the second Tuesday of each month
    100 North Fifth Avenue - City Hall, Second Floor, Council Chambers.


Purpose: to hear variance requests from the requirements of the City Sign Code.
