New Software

The Planning & Development Services Unit has implemented a new development review and inspection services software called TRAKiT. Benefits of the new system include:

Inspection Scheduling

To schedule Inspections for all construction activity:

Through the new Automated Inspection Scheduling - call 734-994-2674 OR
Through our offices during regular business hours - call 734-994-2675 a minimum of 24 hours in advance

Inspections will be scheduled according to the inspectors' availability.

Inspection Results

Inspection results can be viewed on-line through TRAKiT.

Inspection Hours

Construction inspections take place Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Construction inspectors will be available in the office from 3:00-4:00 PM daily.
