Join in Gentle Yoga with Ramesh Narula and start your Thursday off the right way! Thursday mornings 10 to 11a.m., FREE. Drop-in anytime! 

  

Class Descriptions (Alphabetical Order) 

ACBL Bridge, Sanctioned Game: ACBL sanctioned by the American Contract Bridge League. You do not need to be a member to play at our club. This bridge game has players with varied levels of expertise including Life Masters and intermediate level players. Please join us! 

Book Club: Join our group and participate in the AADL book club program!  We meet on the third Wednesday of the month. You can borrow our monthly book from the senior center to read before the meeting.  Please join us for some lively discussions; we welcome new members! Also join us for Michigan Author special events. Watch for details.

Conversational French: Our Conversational French classes are a great way for French speakers to refine and practice their conversational skills.  This class is best suited for those who already have a familiarity with the French language.

Duplicate Bridge, non-sanctioned: This non-sanctioned Duplicate Bridge attracts players of all levels and all ages! You do not need to be a member to play at our club. This bridge game has players with varied levels of expertise including Life Masters, beginners and intermediate level players. Please join us!

Gentle Yoga: Come join in Gentle Yoga to promote better sleep, mental peace, facial glow, better digestion, prosperity and weight loss. Ramesh Narula has been practicing Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda for the last 57 years. He has taught in twelve different countries and is here to pass along the knowledge to you! No charge for class- Ramesh has asked for donations to be made to help purchase a ping-pong table for the Senior Center! Relax and feel good with this new class!

Intermediate French: Our Intermediate French classes are a great way for French speakers to refine and practice their skills.  This class is best suited for those who already have had an introduction to the French language.

Knitting Fellowship: We enjoy working on our knitting projects and getting to know one another. This social group can help you learn to knit or you can bring your own projects to work on. We welcome people of all ages to join in our weekly meet-up. 

MahJongg: Our drop-in games of MahJongg, the wonderful ancient Chinese tile game, are always a good time.  All skill levels are welcome.  What’s that, you do not know how to play! Come on in and we will get you playing in no time.

  Movie Matinee: Watch a movie with us!  Each week we select a different film to watch here in the cozy lobby at the center.

      Scrabble: Drop by for a game of Scrabble!  All skill levels are welcome.

          Social Bridge: Strictly a social game and all level of bridge players are invited! Our Tuesday morning bridge games are an excellent place to learn bridge and for players to practice the game in a non-competitive, welcoming environment.
