Pioneer Living Program
With the assistance of the Volunteer Outreach Coordinator, the Pioneer Living Program is continuing to be a unique and educational experience for children and our volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering for this program, please email volunteer@a2gov.org for more information.

Cobblestone Farm offers the Pioneer Living Program to children ages 4 through those currently enrolled in 5th grade. The updated program meets State of Michigan standards and objectives for children in grades K-5. Each PLP session consists of a discussion, center activity, games, and a snack all themed around early Pioneer life. Activities will take place in the log cabin and on Cobblestone Farm property.

Cost is $5/child with a minimum of 15 children and a maximum of 30 children. Teachers, leaders, and parents are free.

PLP sessions are offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am or 12pm and on Fridays at 9:30am. Each session is 2 hours long. The program is scheduled by appointment during the Spring and Fall months.

Spring sessions start April 9 to May 25 and Fall sessions start September 24 to October 26.

Please contact the staff at Cobblestone Farm to schedule your session and receive more information. 734.794.6230.
