High Water Restrictions! Due to heavy rain in the watershed there are restrictions for paddling the river trips. Stillwater paddles, in 2 mile sections of river where there is little or no current at the Argo and the Gallup Livery, does not have restrictions and is open to all paddlers including beginners.

To rent a boat for a river trip (Argo to Gallup, Barton to Gallup and Delhi to Argo):

• If children under 10 years old there must be at least one experienced (+10 times in river current) paddler in stern of every boat
• Must be able to steer to stay in the middle of river and avoid obstacles
• Everybody must be a CAPABLE SWIMMER and be able to RIGHT A CAPSIZED BOAT
• No youth groups <18 years old unless one experienced adult/every 2 youth

River Trips paddling down the river current in kayaks, canoes or rafts.  Different lengths of trips with van transportation included.

Stillwater Paddles paddling kayaks, canoes, stand up paddleboards, paddleboats or rowboats in sections of river without a current.

Gallup Park and Argo Park boat rentals and concessions in two Ann Arbor locations on the beautiful Huron River each offering different river trips and boat rentals.

River Programs for all ages including kayak and SUP instruction, preschool programs and River Camp adventures.
