2010 Dog Swim registration now open
Woof woof. Special arrangements will be made after Buhr Pool closes for the season to allow your best four-footed friend to enjoy a romp in the pool. Pre-registration is required and spaces go quickly. Wednesday, Sept. 8 and Thursday, Sept. 9 from 3 to 8 p.m. (half-hour swim appointments) plus we've added Saturday, Sept. 11 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fee (one dog) $7.50/$6 resident discount; second dog ($3.75/$3 resident discount). Rain dates: Sept. 10 and Sept. 12.

Pool features a six-lane, 25 yard pool with a deep well and a separate 0" depth entry children's wading pool with interactive play toys. Buhr Park also features 39 acres of rolling hills, picnic areas with grills, a children's play area, softball diamonds, soccer fields and outdoor tennis courts.

Our program offers swimmers of all skill levels an opportunity to try their hand at water polo. The philosophy of our program focuses on building basic skills and enjoying every second of it.
August 16 to 27 (Monday thru Friday)
9 a.m. -10 a.m. – Ages 12 and up
10 a.m. - 11 a.m. – Ages 8 to 11
11 a.m. - 12 p.m. – Ages 8 and under

The Buhr Outdoor Ice Arena is now closed for the season. Ice skating activities include public skating, drop-in hockey, as well as rental hours. The facility has a heated lobby, vending, restrooms, and four separate locker rooms for hockey. Skate rentals available, and we meet ADA requirements.
