Gallup & Argo Canoe Liveries offer a number of programs geared toward outdoor adventures and exploration on the river. Join us to explore the river environment, discover a new hobby, make new friends and to have fun! Registration for spring & summer programs begins Monday, March 18, 2013.

| Free for all ages and family friendly! Join City Ornithologist Dea Armstrong as she leads a walk to look for birds in the evening in Gallup Park and Furstenberg Park nature area. Bring binoculars if you have them and meet near the Gallup Livery building. No pre-registration. |

| Enjoy the outdoors while practicing yoga on a stand up paddleboard (SUP)! Flowing yoga poses while floating brings a whole new meaning to core work. Challenge your stamina, strength, balance and flexibility. Any paddleboarding or yoga experience is helpful, but all levels are welcome. Paddleboards are provided; just bring a good sense of humor! The festivities begin in the morning with the Gallup Gallop Run & Fitness Walk at 8:30 a.m. Register here with the Ann Arbor Track Club. Afternoon events to explore the Huron River include $5/boat rentals, children's activities, live animals, butterfly house, river exhibits, music, food, fishing and much, much more. River Kids & River Kindergartners Programs
| River Adventures for you and your little one! Each week we will explore the river world by paddling a kayak, canoe or paddleboat out on the pond. The children will experience the thrill of catching a fish off the dock and discovering the river critters with boats, stories, art and play. Fun river programs for children ages 2-5 years old with a caregiver. Each session is 4 weeks and meets 1x/week. Pre-registration required, $52/resident or $64/non-resident per child/month. Join us in exploring the Huron River by paddleboat, double kayak and canoe! We will discover the river world of turtles, ducks, fish and bugs with boats, hikes, fishing poles, nets, stories, art and play.
