17 - Public Access

It really is "TV BY AND FOR ANN ARBOR!"

PUBLIC ACCESS, CTN Cable Channel 17, gives Ann Arbor residents and Ann Arbor non-profit organizations the opportunity to share their viewpoints, ideas, and creative endeavors. You can present a pre-produced program of a non-commercial nature, or make your own programs utilizing CTN production facilities. You can also appear on the CTN-produced programs Access Ann Arbor and Access Soapbox to voice an opinion, promote an event or an organization.

To Submit Programming:

You must be a resident of Ann Arbor or a representative of an Ann Arbor-based Non-Profit Organization (NPO)
You must have current "CTN Residency Verification Card" on file
You must complete an "Application for Presentation - Public Access 17" form for each program you wish to submit
You must submit the program on a VHS or S-VHS videotape, only one program per tape
All tapes must be clearly labeled with the program title, length, presenter's name, address and phone

You may submit programming during regular business hours, Mon. - Fri., 11 AM-10 PM.
