Upcoming Citizen Participation Meetings

Wednesday, February 8, 2017, 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Holiday Inn, 3600 Plymouth Road - A citizens participation meeting for will be held on February 8th to review the conceptual redevelopment ideas and brownfield plan for 1140 Broadway Street:  a blighted and contaminated 6.4-acre site at Broadway Street and Maiden Lane redeveloped into a mixed residential development with some retail space.  The project includes rezoning the site from PUD (Planned Unit Development) to C1A/R (Campus Business Residential) and constructing three mid-rise buildings. 
The citizens participation meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 8th, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the Holiday Inn, 3600 Plymouth Road.  View the invitation here.  Questions or comments may be directed to Ronald Mucha at or 313-280-7770 x 118. 


Wednesday, February 22, 2017, 6:30 - 8:30 pm, Pittsfield Branch Library, Program Room, 2359 Oak Valley Drive - A citizens participation meeting will be held on February 22nd to review the plan for 2857 Packard Road, a 52-unit single family residential development. You are invited to come to learn, ask questions, and express concerns regarding the proposed project. Your comments will be considered by the developer when finalizing plans and then incorporated into a report for the City Planning Commission.
