Leslie Park Golf Course is Ann Arbor's Favorite Golf Course. Located in the rolling hills of northern Ann Arbor, this Championship layout was designed by E. Lawrence Packard and opened in 1967, with renovations performed in 1995 by Arthur Hills. “I thought this was the perfect piece of land to create a great golf course... It had everything you could hope for, and the natural roll of the land was beautiful.” E Lawrence Packard – Golf course architect of Leslie Park Golf Course. Save the Date! Sunday September 11th is Leslie Park's Fall Scramble. Entries out soon!
Though there is much construction around Ann Arbor this summer, access and ease to both Leslie Park and Huron Hills are not significantly affected.
Construction on M-14 has portions of the road closed from Downtown to Maple Road, golfers coming from the East or coming from US23 still have ease and access to get off at Barton Drive (the exit before the downtown exit) and get to Leslie Park Golf Course. Golfers coming in from the West (Grass Lake or Jackson area), should allow for a bit more time to take I-94 around town to US 23 and come in from Plymouth Rd or M-14 and Barton Drive.
Please feel free to call the clubhouse if you have any questions about the construction or the best routes to come. But please know it is not as bad as it sounds.
Leslie Park is the recipient of several prominent awards, such as Golf Digest's #1 Municipal Course in Michigan, Ann Arbor News' Best Place to Golf, Michigan Golfer's Top Ten Muni's, and Michigan Golf Network's Top Ten Funnest to Play.

Leslie Park was only the third course in the State of Michigan to be certified by the Michigan Turfgrass Environmental Stewardship Program and as a National Audubon Certified Sanctuary. These certifications are both long processes and show Ann Arbor’s commitment to the environment. The MTESP certification requires the course to exceed requirements of environmental laws, protect water resources, and enhance the maintenance of turfgrass and open spaces. The Audubon certification expands upon the MTESP, plus requires additional community and wildlife sanctions.
